We are witnessing increased demand for professional Security Services, Integrated Facility Management and Manpower Outsourcing across manufacturing, logistics, IT, hospitality, renewable energy and industrial sectors. Our strategy is focused on expanding our national footprint while maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction.

NewsEverySecond: What are the key growth drivers for the Security Services vertical?

Kamal Kant Sharma: Security continues to remain our strongest vertical. Organizations today require highly trained security personnel supported by technology, surveillance systems, access control and risk management protocols. During FY 2026-27, CSC-INDIA plans to expand its security operations across North, Central and Western India while strengthening specialized industrial security services for manufacturing plants, warehouses, renewable energy projects and corporate facilities.

Kamal Kant Sharma: Facility Management has evolved beyond housekeeping. Clients now seek complete facility solutions including housekeeping, machine cleaning, technical support, horticulture, waste management and workplace experience management. We expect this vertical to grow significantly as industries increasingly outsource non-core operations to specialized partners like CSC-INDIA.

Kamal Kant Sharma: The manpower outsourcing industry is undergoing rapid transformation. Companies are focusing on flexibility, compliance and workforce productivity. CSC-INDIA is investing heavily in recruitment technology, training and PAN India deployment capabilities to support both blue-collar and white-collar staffing requirements. We foresee substantial growth in manufacturing, logistics, retail, e-commerce and service industries.
